Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order you may return for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges), any merchandise that is in its original condition. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Just include a note stating the reason for your return, enclose the packing slip, and send it to:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item

Shipping USA Shipping is $4.95 Flat Fee per Order. Orders are shipped within 48 hours via UPS or USPS Priority. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 days. If an order is not available we will contact you, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order or replace it with another item.

Cancellation policy:

Any order cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded in full. If your order is already in transit to you, just follow the instructions for Merchandise Returns as detailed above.

Checking out is easy. You can place your online order with Paypal or as a a ‘Guest’.

Sales Tax is applicable to orders shipped to addresses located within the State of California at a rate of 7.25%-8.25% depending on your billing address.
